Learners at Mother Care school in exhibited talent during the elocution competitions held at the school campus in Nalumunye.
31 children competed in citing poems and speech reading at a function graced by the Uganda Curriculum development center official, Ms Christine Kiganda
The children first competed in citing poems and 21 children made it to the next step where competitors were given a statement that they read out loud.
Some of the qualities looked at by the panel of three judges included, creativity, audibility, stage usage, actions and confidence among others.
