High Sound for Children through its Media Clubs initiative, is equipping learners with essential media and communication skills.
At PEAS Samling Nama Secondary School, students recently participated in a hands-on training session focusing on news gathering and article writing. The training also happened at Pioneer Peas High School, Peas Horizon and at Upwards and Onwards Peas School.

During the training, learners not only created engaging articles but also presented their stories before their peers. These presentations provided an opportunity to assess the students' confidence, public speaking skills, and ability to articulate ideas clearly.
The interactive session was led by Ivan Ssenabulya, Media and Communications Officer at High Sound for Children, who guided the students on how to collect accurate information, structure their stories, and present them with clarity and confidence.

This initiative is part of HSC’s commitment to empowering young people with media literacy skills, enabling them to become responsible content creators and confident communicators.
